All items including books, musical instruments, paintings, posters and handicrafts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of shipment arrival. Nature of the damage and appropriate documents must be submitted to the store via email or phone within a maximum of 24 hours’ after delivery. All merchandise are inspected prior to shipment, any damage caused by the customer after using the merchandise is not covered by our return/exchange policy. The store doesn’t take any responsibility for damaged or defective merchandise after 24 hours of shipment arrival.
